1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by the Player on naga78.cam after successful registration and identity verification.
• "Platform" or "Website" means naga78.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and services operated by the Company.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for and uses the services provided by naga78.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, sports event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or free bets awarded by naga78 under specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by naga78 to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) refers to the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use naga78's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. naga78 strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with Indonesian law and responsible gaming standards. Any Player found to be underage will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Players accessing naga78 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. This means you are not legally incapacitated, bankrupt, or otherwise restricted from entering into financial agreements.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either voluntarily or by court order, in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account on naga78, you must complete the following steps:

1. Provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID card or passport), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number.
2. Create a unique username and a strong password that meets our security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
3. Agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
4. Complete the KYC verification process by uploading a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport. Verification is typically completed within 2 hours during business hours.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on naga78. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If naga78 detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited. Exceptions may be made only in cases of genuine error, at naga78's sole discretion.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at all times thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change (e.g., change of address, phone number, or email). naga78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false, outdated, or misleading information.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. naga78 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or social media.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach, you must immediately notify naga78's customer support team at [email protected] and change your password. You will be held responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account until you have notified us of the breach.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

naga78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of abuse or misconduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward naga78 staff or other Players.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

In the event of Account termination for cause, naga78 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. Legitimate winnings from non-fraudulent play will be honored unless prohibited by law.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

naga78 accepts deposits via the following payment methods commonly used by Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

naga78 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier (VIP status). Standard players may deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members upon request.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB, excluding public holidays). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed 24/7 in real-time. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 1 business day.

4.4 Deposit Fees

naga78 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

4.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your naga78 Account are derived from legitimate, legal sources and are owned by you personally. Deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are prohibited unless explicitly authorized by naga78 in writing. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. If this is not technically possible, naga78 may approve an alternative withdrawal method at its discretion. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Standard players may withdraw up to Rp 20.000.000 per day and Rp 100.000.000 per month. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their tier status. Requests exceeding these limits require advance notice and approval.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours for bank transfers, and instantly for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay). VIP Diamond and Black Diamond members receive priority processing with average times under 2 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on public holidays may be delayed until the next business day.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification and Security Checks

naga78 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks and request further documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for:

• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals to a new bank account.
• Large withdrawal amounts (typically over Rp 10.000.000).
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

Such checks may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

To protect against money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before withdrawal, unless the deposit was made in error and no bets were placed. Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

naga78 offers various bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Cashback Offers, Referral Bonuses, and VIP Rewards. Participation in any promotion is optional. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 10.000.000 in total bets before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1.000 wagered counts as Rp 1.000 toward requirements).
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10%–20% contribution depending on the game.
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution for pre-match bets; 50% for live in-play bets.
• Togel (Numbers Lottery): 50% contribution.

6.4 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

naga78 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that the bonus has been abused. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Betting opposite outcomes on the same event to guarantee wagering progress ("hedging").
• Placing bets only on markets with minimal or no risk ("low-risk betting").
• Using automated betting software or bots to manipulate wagering requirements.

Players found guilty of bonus abuse may have their Account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

6.5 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your Account, you may not place single bets exceeding Rp 100.000 (or equivalent across mix parlay multi-leg bets). Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on naga78 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirmation. naga78 is not responsible for user errors such as selecting the wrong team, entering the wrong stake amount, or misunderstanding odds.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets (including bandar bola football betting, mix parlay accumulators, and voor bola Asian Handicap spreads):

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, BRI Liga 1 official records, UEFA).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• For mix parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the entire bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays due to streaming latency. naga78 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event is already known ("late bets").

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All slot games, live casino games, and table games on naga78 are provided by certified third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers, and naga78 has no ability to influence results. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are verified by independent auditors and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.4 Technical Issues and Malfunctions

In the rare event of a game malfunction, server error, or data corruption, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to Players' Accounts. naga78 is not liable for any lost winnings due to technical malfunctions beyond our control. 8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on naga78 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of Bots and Automated Software: Employing software, scripts, or bots to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds between different operators to guarantee profit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on naga78.cam, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of naga78 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

naga78 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, naga78's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. naga78 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11.3 Third-Party Providers

naga78 is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers. Any issues with game fairness, payment processing delays, or connectivity problems should be reported to customer support, and we will assist to the best of our ability.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved amicably at this stage.

12.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a different representative and a final decision will be provided within 14 business days.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Indonesian as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Amendments to Terms

naga78 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of naga78 after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga78 is licensed, and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, except where binding arbitration is required under Section 12.3.
